My sleep time
what i need to go to sleep, well first of all i need my four pillows, one of them has to be behind me the other one in front of me one in my head and the last one in the middle of my legs. Before go to sleep i need noise, so i can sleep well if i don't hear any kind of noise and my room is pretty quiet i can not fall to sleep, so to solve my problem i turn on my air vent (ventilator) because it is the only way i can easily fall sleep. Don't forget my glass of water becasue i need to drink my water so i can sleep or sometimes i wake up at the middle of the night really thirsty, so i just drink some water and can continue sleep. That was my daily routing to go to sleep !good night.

Hey is funny how we have the same sleeping habits in common. But the onl;y difference is the my room needs to be quite for me to fall asleep. :)
